Just out of curiosity, what would you consider to be your favorite Sonic game?
There are a lot of rumors flying around that Sonic Unleashed will be returning to the games roots, and so far, a lot of people are liking that idea. Maybe you have your own thoughts you’d like to share. Either way, we’d love to hear from you, so please vote!

what is wrong with Shadow The Hedgehog? Other than the messed up storyline?
@shadowfan: The fact that the gameplay was tedious, it had a bad camera, it was just a mess to many people.

HE HAS A GUN?
If I gave a guess as to why folks didn’t like Shadow The Hedgehog, I’d probably say it has something to do with its generic style of gameplay. For a while now, Sonic’s been moving in a… not-so-sonic direction, and at least in my opinion, StH is the epitome of the digression so far.
For me, one of the main problems with ShtH (besides the inclusion of guns & vehicles), was Shadow’s horrible traction. It felt as though you’re at an ice skating rink in areas that would otherwise require some precision. BAD combo.
Simply put, the game was poorly executed, an issue that has plagued 3D Sonic games recently, namely Sth06 and to an extent SatSR.
