Every month here at Camp Sonic, we take a brief moment to reflect upon all of the important happenings here, and in the greater Sonic Community. We do this in part to keep our readers updated with anything important they have missed over the course of the month, but also to share the love with the rest of the Sonic Community out there!

- Sonic Unleashed Fact Sheet – SEGA releases a new fact sheet for Sonic Unleashed that certainly worth a look if you’ve just recently discovered Sonic Unleashed.
- New Sonic Unleashed High Europe Gameplay Footage – 2 Minutes of Sonic Unleashed bliss. If you are not excited for some reason already, a dose of this video ought to do the job.
- New Sonic Unleashed Europe Screenshots – Some high resolution screenshots pulled from the latest Sonic Unleashed gameplay video.
- Sonic Unleashed is a nominee for a Golden Joystick Award – Sonic Unleashed has been selected as a nominee for the “One to Watch” award. Be sure to go vote for our favorite blue hedgehog over at the Golden Joystick Awards!
- Sonic Unleashed in LEVEL and PS2 UK Magazines – Not much new seen here for those who have been following us from the start, but we are under the impression that LEVEL will have a lot to bring us come mid July!
- First Nintendo Wii Sonic Unleashed Screenshots – They may be scans, but they’re at least something to go by. We hope to get our hands on some direct capture Wii screenshots of the game soon!
- New Nintendo Power Scans – Nintendo Power gets a chance to sit down with Yoshihisa Hashimoto and talk about Sonic Unleashed & the Wii.

But hey, that’s kind of a good thing for everyone when you think about it, right?
Maybe it’s just a way to get prepared for when the REAL updates start rolling in around November. I just know there are going to be some seriously busy days come later this year (heck, even E3 will hopefully bring some more updates)!
What are your future plans for the site actually?
For example, expanding the site editors to make coverage less of a job.
This is tough doing alone.
And you are playing with the idea to get forums once the game comes out,right?

@dragonite: It will probably be more suitable to make a formal announcement about the future direction for Camp Sonic at a later time, but in response to your questions:
- More editors is something I can certainly see happening in the NEAR future. Actually finding people who are committed enough, and well spoken to write for Camp Sonic is the difficult part.
- Forums are still a possibility, and yes, it’s very possible that we’ll see them after Sonic Unleashed is released. However, to this day, I still haven’t had a problem navigating our discussions. If there is a way to simply improve upon THIS system, it is also possible that we discover a better solution than a “forum” in the more traditional sense.
Last month sure did go by fast…
