Shadow Confirmed for Sonic Unleashed
In case you missed the live Sonic Unleashed footage we covered earlier, Shadow has now been a confirmed character for Sonic Unleashed. During a live hands-on demonstration, Tails, Knuckles, and Shadow we’re all confirmed to be in the game, although no mention of how they would be implemented was discussed.
I’m a bit worried about this choice, but I’m sure Shadow fans everywhere are rejoicing. So long as he doesn’t have guns in this installment… and doesn’t act all *gangsta* or any of that crap, I’d say there’s still a chance he’ll make a good addition to the game.

sonic should go to the future, and kill silver! now we will never suffer from his ****yness! who cares about solaris? if shadow wasnt so lazt, he and sonic could kill it! i mean he has a girly name, cruddy voice actor, i think he once WAS a girl, and he should suffer a doom in which to NEVER be in another sonic game! just putting him in party mode in secret rings was WAY to much!

So Shadow is in the game? Congratulations to who wanted him in. Me, I’d prefer if the only extra characters were Tails and Knuckles (and Amy, who has already been confirmed). I’m glad he’s in Sonic Chronicles, since it’s an RPG, and since the more characters we have the more fun it is. But I’ve marked this game (Unleashed) as special.
Shadow has appeared in all 3D canon games. Why doesn’t SEGA give him a rest? I’ll just keep waiting. There’s always a next game.

Maybe Shadow’s appearance is only in the minigames. I sure hope so. I wouldn’t want him in the story. Sincerely, with Weresonic’s presence, and with this story being about Sonic, I thought to myself: “I hope Shadow doesn’t appear. In this game, there’s only space for one strong and cool hedgehog (Weresonic or Sonic himself), and Shadow would be in the way.”

Shadow’s segment in this stroyline is irrelavant to his reputation. On his first debut there were a lot of fans for him, even more then the ammount there were for sonic on his very first debut. So the fans will be extremely happy to have Shadow back on the storyline since SA2 and SA2 Battle. BUT… Has everyone forgotten about the voice actor? Drop the warfare of the hedgehogs.. {For now} And go and try to make sega change the voice actor back. Shadow AND Sonic both have the same voice actor that emphasizes a TON! I say we have some rants about Jason Anthony Griffith {Very bad voice actor for Sonic and Shadow} before having World Wide Wars on the fastest hedhehogs on the planet. Now, like I said, Shadow’s part to the storyline will be irrelavant to his reputation. The “adding guns to Shadow” part was a pretty bad idea. But sooner or later that will be a thing of the past. Then Shadow will be right back up on his feet and have even more fans on his side. I’m the biggest Shadow the Hedgehog fan you guys will prolly ever meet. Trust me.
Do something about the voice actor first people! Ever since Shadow got Jason to be his voice actor it’s been.. Stranger. Less fans.. Same goes for Sonic but you know, I prefer to help Shadow more. To all you Jason fans out there, are you guys insane?!? Let me help you pick the better voice actor. RYAN DRUMMOND. Yes. I said it. Ryan Drummond. He might be sitting there and just doing nothing about this whole situation. BUT. He hated the fact that he got fired. Plus, He was the best voice actor for Sonic the Hedgehog. On a side note:
Silver the Hedgehog… And most of these new characters to the Sonic roster. Were.. Unneccesary Two hedgehogs are ENOUGH. And if there are disagreements to this. Shadow the Hedgehog was the BEST addition to the Sega Family.

i agree with you dude but shadow is not the ultimate lifeform in SA2B in the question sign stuff on the last level they show you that the ultimate life form was that stupid dragon and when shadow died i almost cried xD i thought he was dead and they will never make another sonic game with shadow on it so im a fan 2 ;)

Hey, RockerDuDe. I have the game. I played the game. And I owned the game! Got all A rank and everything. I know how it goes. I have the greenhill stage, secondary costumes for characters, etc. I’ve even beat the final boss. That biohazard thing, without losing damage atleast 3 times. That thing doesn’t kill Shadow, Shadow and Sonic defeated it. So save your tears cus if Sonic can survive a fall from space {Sonic X} then OF COURSE Shadow can. So yeah. Shadow is in fact the ultimate lifeform.
To the rest of you. I’m here to defend shadow from you losers wether you like it or not. The only downside to most of his characteristics is Jason. By that I mean voice. But hey, it’s only a minor problem. I’m sure it will be solved soon. Atleast I hope.
i just hope he fits. it will not be good for him to placed in there badly. but that would be cool if they had a were-hog v.s. shadow fight. that could be a boss…

Adding Shadow for side missions (replayablility) is great though!
I hate the fact that most people want Shadow to be torn up by that werehog if he does show up in the stroyline. If Shadow does take place in the storyline, it better be good. I don’t have suggestions for it, but I know Shadow will pull through, and if faught, hopefully Shadow will beat werehog Sonic. Shadow the Hedgehog is my favorite character the whole Sonic Series. I am his biggest fan no doubt. I couldn’t care less about Sonic, Silver, or any other hedgehogs. Shadow is the best there is!

Listen up Shadow the Hedgehog fans. It is confirmed that Shadow will be playable in the Xbox 360 version, mini-games only! He is not in the storyline this time arround. I consider Sonic lucky. Anyway. There you go. Happy gaming!

I think it would be pretty cool to have Shadow in Sonic Unleashed. I like both Sonic and Shadow, but i like Sonic more. I think they should have Shadow be able to redo the levels Sonic did, once you beat the game.

Ummmm…..Shadow and Sonic are on a par with me to be honest!!!Now I played the “classic” games after heroes to be honest,You can’t buy them here!!!But Were-Sonic and Shaodw wont have a fight because Shadow will destroy him if they do!!!Remember The Werehog is far slower than Sonic and Shadow and Shadow is far stronger than Sonic!!!Also Shadow will have Chaos powers because he can use them without an Emerald!!!(That last one’s a maybe)!!!

Shadow is the worst Sonic character ever! At least Big the Cat hasn’t been showing up IN EVERY FREAKING GAME! I hope that they kill him off in Unleashed so that we never have to see his stupid face again. He’s nothing but a lame Sonic wannabe with an attitude problem.

if u think about it u would know that sonic and shadow need each other to survive cause without shadow sonic would have been died and without sonic shadow wouldnt exist cause the person who made him(forgot his name) wouldnt be able to copy sonics blueprints in his own way to make shadow
