Seems like a good time to gauge our readers on Sonic Unleashed once again, with E3 being behind us, and some Werehog footage being unveiled. Simply tell us if you’re more excited, more worried, or completely apathetic now that we know a bit more about Unleashed. Feel free to explain in the comments below.

I’m definitely excited. Everything about the game looks extremely promising so far.
Uh, DX is a GCN and PC remake. I have it. It’s decent, but I tried to do some audio hacking and the disk’s way too well protected! (And in Sky Deck, there’s a rocket missing on the pillars, meaning I can’t progress on Sonic’s story.)
Okay. I’m impressed. I was impressed with Sonic ‘06 as well, (great in-game graphics compared to the CG, alright storyline and a character like Silver who not only had good-looking gameplay but really was out for himself trying to figure things out) but then that turned out to be a pile of ****. If SEGA can’t turn it around, then they might end up kicking the bucket in a few years like the Dreamcast. Not even the steller SA2 saved them then, and that was a good game with good graphics, good storyline and the camera wasn’t even that annoying.
I’m also laughing my arse off at the fact that there’s already fanfiction up based on this and we only have the bare skeleton of the story (and maybe a few organs to go with it). Even more freaked out to find that one of them was actually a Sonamy scene I had in my head after hearing that Amy would be in it.
It’s basically a mixed bag. I like the ‘Sonic’s finally gotten by Eggman’ and the ‘Eggman unleashes a dark creature from the depths of the Planet’ stuff. I’m worried about Fluffy the Werehog but he looks quite well implemented. The only thing we need… is a DS version with a cool Battle-style bit for Fluffy.
I shall never call him Sonic! He shall be fluffy, not fast!
@iNAUDiBLE: I couldn’t agree more. The town exploration was, and still is, one of the best gameplay elements that brought Sonic to life in 3D. Just walking around in station squrare had such a special feel that only Sega could bring that truly rivaled Mario 64 at that time.
If there’s any element that truly makes you feel like Sonic “in the real world”, its the adventure fields hands down
kudos to you, man and all who agree >.<
I’m a bit confused with one thing. We all know that the first level, Mykonos, is based on Greece. I keep reading places that there is a level based on a spanish villa? Ummm. Are they confusing that with Mykonos because the building structures do resemble that of a spanish villa. I just want to make sure that there aren’t two levels that are very similar. Also, I haven’t seen any screenshots for this “spanish villa”, however I haven’t seen any screenshots for the New York level. Ugh, Campsonic readers can probably tell I’m tired because I’m babbling, but this is a question that interests me. I just want to know if a spanish villa is someone’s own dub for Mykonos even though it has offically been stated to be based on Greece.
(done)
@WiiFP: Yea, I read that after I posted my comment. I didn’t see it because I hadn’t refreshed the page for like 20 minutes. Oh well.
@G&E: Ya, thats what i said.
@RockerDuDe: Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure DX: Director’s Cut are the same game just for different consoles. Come on man.
idk but i really liked the game it was pretty cool when you go to the past with Knukles that you see pyramids and some bunch of other echidnas and you meet Tikal
@WiiFP: Wait. And it’s Sonic Adventure. DX Directors Cut was a remake. I think.
@David Leggett: I can’t stop laughing at the one part where it says…
“Extend left arm to attack enemy.”
@RockerDuDe: Dude. That’s Sonic Adventure DX Directors Cut. Sorry. Had to throw that back at you. And . . . i call David Dave. I hope he’s alright with it . . . are you?
that is cool thanks Dave……
can i call you like that? xD

Russell Lindsey just passed this onto me. It’s tough making it out, and I see that TSSZ has tried to clean it up a bit, but for what it’s worth, it looks like the beast in the center of the earth is being called a Dark Gaia, which is something like a Dark Earth Spirit I guess.
@Rox:
You know they might repeat what they did in Sonic Adventure. Where Eggman unleashes a monster(Chaos) and then at the end of the game the monster might betray Eggman.
dude that is sonic x the directors cut xD
someone know if there are gonna be any chaos?

Note: Sorry for my grammar.
This is my opinion.
I picked more excited because the Werehog footage was released, and that made me . . . excited.
More worried about the Wii version.
worried.. sonic gameplay looked veryyyy easy and that sucks
That means, we have a name folks and now we know what this Monsters role in the story is, maybe its also the final Boss (I personally hope not, I want Eggman to be the Final Boss again, well see)!
