It may be shaky-cam, and half of the footage may involve unknowing bystanders blocking our view, but other than that, this is the first video of a full stage we’ve seen so far.
It’s Mykonos Greece, though I can’t say whether it’s the first of the stages from the world or not… but it’s a stage we’ve seen bits and pieces of before. Looks like the playtime was somewhere around 3 and a half minutes.

@KC Cross: Nope, still Africa… just not completely rendered. All of the shapes in the picture are just the colors they were when they were constructed in the 3D modeling program; no light effects were used to alter their appearance yet.
There has been speculation on Tails flying you on the Tornado in Sonic Adventure type stages to get you to other places in the world seeing as the world is broken apart. They could add the overall stages for more stuff to do. NY=New York ^_^
