Level design has changed with Sonic’s ever-increasing emphasis on speed. Some people have enjoyed blowing through levels at 300-miles per hour, while others have disliked the new levels’ lack of actual platforming.
Sonic 4 is a return to handheld style gameplay of Sonic the Hedgehog, coming to the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii this summer.

Sonic News and cool Sonic-related findings on the internet has been sparse this past week, so I thought I’d whip out some trivia for everybody in the first edition of USELESS KNOWLEDGE!
Well yeah, six days to go until the Summer of Sonic, naturally I am presently working all sorts of silly hours (yes, even my precious weekends) in order to tie everything together into one big cobalt blue bundle of fun for those registered and attending.

My first chance to play around with Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood left me more than a little impressed. While we didn’t get a walk through of the game’s storyline, we were given a chance to mess around with a chunk of the game.
After my rant on How Sega All But Ruined Sonic the Hedgehog, I thought it would be most appropriate to expand on how Sega can actually transition Sonic into the next-gen consoles without making their down-slide worse.
